An exciting opportunity is now open for Casual Car Park Attendants, with a positive can-do attitude to join our team.

As part of the Event Department, Security and Carpark manages the underground parking facilities which offers over 660 bays to event patrons and to the general public to utilise on a daily basis.

Reporting directly to the Security and Car Park Manager, this role is required to assist with the efficient daily management of the car park operations.

**About the role**

- Assist with the efficient daily operations of the car park during event and also on non-event, business days.
- Ensure the presentation of entire car park and car park office is to a high standard.
- Assist with all pass card arrangements, car park signage, equipment and repairs.
- Assist with the daily operations of the stage door control room.
- Assist with access control and contractor management.
- Assist in emergency situations.
- Confident computer skills including sound knowledge of Microsoft Office.

**About You**
- Provide customer service to patrons with parking related queries.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, but more importantly a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Be client and customer service focused with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Have the ability to work in both an autonomous and a team-oriented environment.
- The ability to work on a 24/7 roster around events and business operations.

RAC Arena is WA's home of live entertainment, music and sports. Since opening, our 15,000 seat venue has hosted many famous superstars, including Prince, The Killers, Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar, Fleetwood Mac, The Rolling Stones, Ed Sheeran, KISS, Celine Dion and Katy Perry. RAC Arena has also given our sporting favourites an opportunity to thrive and excel. The venue has previously hosted the United Cup with record attendance and stellar players, such as Roger Federer, and Serena and Venus Williams. The Perth Wildcats have scaled new heights on and off the court by regularly playing in front of more than 12,000 people, transforming the CBD into a sea of red during their home games.
