**About the Role**:
Green by Nature is growing and we need a talented landscaper to join our dynamic team. Our high-end commercial projects, include stunning hardscapes, playgrounds, open spaces, streetscapes and soft scapes for a range of prestigious clients such as schools, universities, councils, land and property developers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project managers to deliver programmed works on time, meeting deadlines, client expectations and compliance requirements
- Perform a variety of landscape construction tasks, including carpentry, concrete formwork, paving, timber work, and installation of street and sports furniture, as well as playgrounds
- Construct and install retaining walls to enhance landscape designs and prevent soil erosion
- Carry out softscape installations, including preparing planting beds, laying turf and hydro mulch lawns, installing plants and setting up irrigation systems
- Safely operate and maintain construction equipment and tools
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment

**About You**:

- Certificate III in Landscape Construction
- An ability to prioritise scheduled work requirements and meet tight deadlines
- A strong work ethic, reliability and the ability to work independently
- A current manual driver's licence
- Proficient with landscaping tools and machinery
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Team player who works well in a collaborative environment
- Punctual, dependable, and committed to excellence
- White Card and Working with Children preferred
