**Our Family**:

- We are a loving, close-knit family of three - new parents enjoying the journey of raising our 10-month-old daughter. This is our first baby, and we're embracing all the joys and challenges that come with being first-time parents. We are fortunate to have supportive grandparents who are actively involved in our lives, and the caregiver will occasionally work alongside them in providing care for our daughter.

**Your Duties**:

- 1. **Caring for Our Little One**: - Provide attentive care, from feeding and diapering to snuggles and nap-time supervision. - Ensure plenty of outdoor play (at least 30% of the day) - think nature walks, park visits, or anything active and fun - Prep healthy, balanced meals and snacks, including batch-prepping baby food to keep things simple. - Tidy up play areas, wash dishes, and handle the baby's laundry to keep everything running smoothly. 2. **Fostering Growth and Learning**: - Create Montessori-inspired activities to spark independence, problem-solving, and creativity. - Track milestones and plan engaging, age-appropriate activities like sensory play, crafts, and music. - Develop a monthly 'learning roadmap' with themes, activities, and goals, and provide a brief progress report at month's end. - Enjoy eight paid hours monthly for planning and preparing activities. 3. **Keeping Things Organised**: - Research and book child-friendly activities like swimming or music classes. - Help explore daycare/school options, assist with forms, and organise enrolments. - Manage appointments, child-related travel, and records (medical, vaccination, etc.). - Source educational resources like Montessori tools and books. 4. **Communicating and Keeping Things Safe**: - Share daily updates on meals, activities, and milestones. - Prioritise safety and keep a close eye on the baby at all times. **A Few House Rules**: - No phone use during baby's awake time (emergencies only).
