HELP Enterprises is a social enterprise that exists to enhance the lifestyle, independence and ambitions of people with disability. With over 900 employees, HELP achieves this purpose through core delivery of Employment, Disability Care and a portfolio of Commercial products and services.
**About the Role**
- Work with the Head of Employment and Regional Managers to maximise contract performance through operational improvement- Interpret and operationalise contractual obligations and performance targets set by the government authority and developing strategies to implement-
- Develop program frameworks and service delivery models which align to strategic and operational requirementsProvide effective leadership, mentoring and direction to the Employment Team with a focus on supporting the team to grow, develop and lift program performance within the division-
- Cultivate and lead a service culture within the team and broader division that is focussed on safe best practice employment disability supports and customer experience**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Proven experience in a senior operational management role with demonstrated skills in business and financial management
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in Employment Services Industry
- Deep understanding of the government funded employment programs and an ability to interpret contract requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead change within a complex services environment
- Demonstrated experience leading both strategic and operational objectives
- Demonstrated ability to manage a proactive, diverse team and create a positive, inclusive work culture
