Responsibilities
Our Personal Care Workers and Personal Care Assistants provide direct care to residents with attentiveness, kindness and respect, supporting wellbeing, capabilities, independence, choice, privacy, dignity, and safety.
The role includes day-to-day personal care activities and, where delegated, administration of medications and completion of documentation using the business systems in place.
You will communicate with residents and their families and friends and other staff in a professional and private manner.
Shifts include morning, afternoon and night duties; we are seeking reliable candidates with availability and flexibility to work weekdays and weekends for permanent part-time shifts.
Key Duties
The role is to perform day-to-day personal care activities providing a high standard of direct care to residents, including the administration of medications as delegated and completion of documentation using the business systems in place.
Communicate with residents, their families and friends, and other staff in the residence about changes or feedback as required in a professional and private manner.
Shifts and varying hours are available for morning, afternoon, and night duty; we particularly seek reliable candidates available to work weekdays and weekends as required for permanent part-time shifts.
Qualifications
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care.

Availability to work various shifts across various days.
Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc).
A valid Police Check for unsupervised care of vulnerable people that is not more than 1 year old.
