**Title - PowerCurve Collections Engineer**

**Location - Melbourne**

**Roles and responsibilities**
- **PCC engineers to work**:

- Work collaboratively with the collections business team in a fast-paced environment to deliver optimal customer outcomes and values at speed.
- Uplift the performance and unleash the full potential of offshore engineers through mentoring and coaching.
- Continuously uplift, modernize and automate the existing systems and processes with the best of technologies and methodologies.
- Provide DEV support for business user related queries.

Skills required is:

- Proficient in SQL queries and familiarization with Oracle database
- Understanding and exposure to BPS page flow design & connectivity.
- Basic knowledge of basic UNIX commands and Java coding
- Contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle, prepare and produce releases of software components.
- Creating well designed, efficient code and components. Good problem-solving skills.

Desired Skills
- Working knowledge on Experian's PowerCurve Collections
- Exposure GitHub, Confluence, Jira is desirable.
- Knowledge on API Integration is desirable.
- Strong ability to effectively lead and empower a team of 4 to 6 co-located engineers and work collaboratively with onshore teams to deliver positive outcomes
- A growth mindset and constantly learning attitude
