Prixcar is an automotive logistics company specialising in Vehicle Transport, Vehicle Processing and Storage, Fleet Conversions and Dealer Vehicle Storage, with more than 25 depots across Australia, we are ideally positioned to provide exceptional vehicle transport services to both individuals and OEM customers.The PositionWe have an exciting opportunity for a Yard Team Member to join our team.
This role will support the operations team in the effective and timely movement of all vehicles incoming, outgoing and stored within the Prixcar compound and associated offsite storage/pickup locations.What You Will DoSafe manoeuvring of vehicles in and around the compoundInspect incoming vehicles for damage and report as requiredPerform stock takeMaintenance of vehicles – i.e. change flat tyres and jump start vehicles where requiredReport all damages, faulty equipment or accidents when caused or foundAdhere to site procedures and regulationsWhat You Will BringUnrestricted and Full-Australian Working rights mandatoryA 'manual' driver's (minimum of 3 years) license is essentialReliable and a dedicated person with drive and energyWilling to support your team mates where neededShow initiative and flexibility in your approach to workNice To HaveAbility to operate mobile plant equipment.Proven skills in multitasking, managing your own time and meeting tight deadlinesHigh attention to detail and pride in quality workmanshipTrack record of responsibility when handling high profile assetsWhat We Are OfferingCompetitive hourly ratesBe a part of supportive and friendly teamOur X-Factor reward and recognition programTraining and development through leadership and mentoring programs, lunch and learn sessions, Cadetships and Apprenticeships programsExclusive benefits and discounts from our partners, employee referral program, service recognitionPartnering with our OEM customers to offer exclusive pricing and benefitsWellness: Employee Assistance ProgramIf you feel that this challenge and opportunity is right for you, we would love to hear from you
