With a focus on innovation and technology, their Technology department is committed to delivering practical solutions that improve operational efficiency and outcomes.Job DescriptionLead and execute the migration of legacy SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performanceDevelop and enhance SharePoint-based solutions including Policy Library and TheLoop, with a focus on usability, accessibility, and scalabilityDesign and implement PowerShell scripts for automation, provisioning, and system maintenanceCollaborate with IT and business stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver solutions, and provide technical guidanceFacilitate hands-on upskilling and knowledge sharing across the team to build internal capability and resilienceEnsure the functionality, usability, and reliability of SharePoint applications.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint-related issues.Integrate SharePoint with other systems and applications as required.Create and maintain documentation for development and support processes.Conduct system testing to ensure quality and performance standards are met.Stay informed about updates and best practices in SharePoint development.The Successful ApplicantA successful SharePoint Developer should have:Proven experience in SharePoint development and customisation.Strong technical skills in SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and related tools.Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Knowledge of workflows, forms, and integration with third-party applications.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with the not-for-profit sector is an advantage but not essential.
