Exciting opportunity to join our KYC Maintenance & Enforcement Administration team in Adelaide.

The KYC Maintenance & Enforcement Administration team a part of Financial Crime and Fraud Prevention, a diverse, multi brand servicing hub delivering more than 150 different customer and employee activities which are crucial to the smooth running of the bank. The department is made up of over 950 Operations professionals located at sites in Sydney, India, and Adelaide.

Superior adherence to the banks Anti Money Laundering AML / CTF & Sanctions policies is required ensuring the group meet their reporting obligations.

**What do I need?
This role is a mix of Inbound and Outbound phone based, Written and Verbal correspondence with our customers. There is a requirement to service calls while managing case work to deliver our compliance obligations.
