**About the Role**:
**The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Deliver annual Safety, Health & Wellbeing (SH&W) strategy and operational plan
- Influence and coach Business Unit Line Managers, Team Leaders and Supervisors to ensure the safety, health and wellbeing of all team members and visitors
- Ensure health and wellbeing programs are assessed for effectiveness and tailored to specific areas of the business
- Develop and maintain an interactive hub of health and wellbeing resources via the Health Division Intranet
- Partner with key stakeholders to implement good practice initiatives and review policies, guidelines and technology that support organisational wellbeing
- Coordinate completion of surveys to determine needs / interest and current levels of satisfaction for Health and Wellbeing offers
- Complete regular reporting to monitor effectiveness of health and wellbeing program and initiatives
- Monitor and report on return on investment (ROI) for wellbeing programs and workplace experience initiatives
- Manage Health Records in accordance with Privacy requirements

- Proven experience developing evidence-based health and wellbeing programs - preferably in a multi-site setting
- Proven ability to influence organisational culture at all levels of the business
- Experience with Supply Chain, Retail or Pharmacy business
- High level of interpersonal, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and drive action when faced with project delays

**About you**:
**E **ducation/Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in allied health, safety, or human resources related discipline
- Professional working knowledge in relevant field
