- Taking a more holistic care approach, work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing
- Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
- Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, and other treatment providers
- Work across ADF and DVA portfolios, supporting our Veterans and current ADF members.

The position has been created due to an internal secondment. You will be based at HMAS Kuttabul for the first 6 months of your appointment. After 6 months you will work across a number of ADF and RAAF bases across the Central Sydney area. These may include Kuttabul, Penguin, Waterhen, Randwick and Watson.

**What will make you successful**:

- Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA, ESSA (as an EP), ASORC or AASW
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy, Psychology or Social Work
- Clinical reasoning
- Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
- Passion to help people rehabilitate
- Occupational Rehabilitation experience will be highly regarded as would experience working with the military cohort.
