This is a full-time position and reports to our Rooms Division Manager.Your Responsibilities IncludeSupervise the Housekeeping team to ensure effective systems and operational procedures including daily checklists are actionedMonitor rosters, attendance and productivity of the teamEmpower individuals to ensure good practices are developed and maintainedDrive Rooms guest satisfaction by empowering our teams to provide service beyond our guests expectationsDeliver hands-on supervisory leadership across your areascompliance with WHS processes and proceduresCollaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth transition of servicesAssist in on-the-job department and staff trainingPromote the company health and well-being processes and proceduresAbout YouYour many talents will include:Proven experience in a Supervisory role in housekeeping operationsStrong leadership skills and a natural flair in motivating othersA passion for developing your team skills in all aspects of onboarding and trainingExcellent communication and interpersonal skills together with our guest service focusYour attention to detail is second to noneGood organisational and time management skillsAbility to work and make decisions under pressureThe ability to work across a full-time schedulePlease note: You must already hold the relevant Visa status to live and work in Australia - we are unable to offer sponsorship opportunities with this position and are seeking long term commitment to the role.Why UsYou will work alongside exceptional people in a supportive, collaborative and agile environment.
