We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, leads with initiative, and shares our commitment to authentic hospitality and exceptional coffee.

**You'll bring to the role**:

- 2+ years experience working as a Barista in a busy café or hospitality setting (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THIS EXISTING EXPERIENCE)
- A deep passion for Italian food, coffee and customer service
- Strong values that align with our culture of respect, quality, and community
- A can-do, proactive attitude and "lead by example" work ethic
- The ability to take ownership, support others, and build a strong Front of House team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the day-to-day Front of House and coffee station operations
- Engage with customers, take orders and provide warm, attentive service
- Dial in machines and grinders daily to deliver consistently excellent coffee
- Role model Saluministi's standards and values at all times
- Supervise, train and support FOH staff to deliver seamless service
- Ensure product quality and food safety are upheld at all times
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance customer experience, product, and presentation
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and positive flow of service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
