**About the Opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity to join Metcash as an **Retail Promotions Coordinator - known as IBA Retail Coordinator** who is ultimately responsible for the construction, administration, communication/customer liaison, promotional activity builds and review of artwork for liquor retail banners within NSW/ACT.

**In this Role**
- Development and construction of retail promotions and programs for IBA retail brands.
- Building of artwork briefs, proofing of advertising material.
- Meeting the promotional and print deadlines and ensuring accurate information is produced within the agreed timelines.
- Engage with supplier partners to ensure timely submission of relevant information pertaining to the Porters programs including driving premium product submissions.
- Manage the timely delivery and communication of retail programs through to the retail network.
- Management and upkeep of all documents relevant to the IBA Retail Promotions Team and relevant admin duties.
- Support the NSW team to achieve their weekly, monthly and yearly goals by being available and willing to help.

- Previous experience in a similar role essential
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as autonomously
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly organised with an ability to prioritise & manage workloads to achieve deadlines
- High level of attention to detail
- Enjoy working in a fast paced and exciting environment Intermediate skills in Excel and PowerPoint programs
