**About the Position**: Join our dynamic team as a Knowledge Sharing Officer, contributing to the exciting field of Renewable Hydrogen. With over 60 projects ranging from Research & Development to large-scale deployment, this role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of Australia's energy transition.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver Knowledge Sharing initiatives and products (e.g. studies, forums, webinars) to share portfolio insights with target audiences.
- Negotiate contractual Knowledge Sharing deliverables for new Agencies funded projects.
- Review project deliverables to ensure compliance with requirements and identify valuable trends and insights for stakeholders.
- Maintain a strong understanding of industry knowledge gaps and insights from the technology portfolio.
- Assist in evaluating and improving the Team's knowledge sharing approach over time.
- Build effective and collaborative relationships with colleagues and external stakeholders.

- Demonstrated strong teamwork and collaboration skills within and outside the organisation.
- Strong project management skills for independent work and high-quality outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt techniques based on the audience.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills to identify portfolio trends.
- Motivated to contribute to Australia's energy transition and curious about emerging solutions.

**Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications**:

- Background (experience or academic) in renewable energy or the Australian energy sector is essential.
- Direct knowledge or experience with technologies and projects relevant to hydrogen would be highly valued.
