We have a delightful opportunity available now for a hardworking and enthusiastic full time Sales Manager to join our team at Bakers Delight Woy Woy. As a Sales Assistant you will receive ongoing training and development, and the opportunity to work as part of a team in a fun and supportive environment.

**At Bakers Delight,our Sales Assistants are responsible for**:

- Smiling
- Providing delightful service to our customers
- Merchandising the bakery products
- Promoting new products and campaigns
- Cash handling
- Ensuring a high standard of bakery presentation and cleanliness
- Supporting fellow team members

**To be considered for this role, you will**:

- Have exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Have a high standard of personal presentation
- Have a positive attitude and thrive in a team environment
- Be a team player
- Be willing to learn
- Previous experience prefered but not essential
- Flexability is essential

**Required availabilities**:

- 38 hours a week, Monday - Friday
- Available some Saturday's when required
- Ability to get to work between stores at Woy Woy and West Gosford

You will also receive ongoing training with the opportunity to develop your career with the potential to move in to a Sales Manager role for the right person.

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Woy Woy, NSW 2256: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
