**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Powder Coater to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing metal components to a high-quality standard using powder coating techniques. You will ensure that all work meets customer requirements, safety regulations, and company standards.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare metal surfaces for coating, including cleaning, sanding, masking, and pre-treatment.
- Operate and maintain powder coating booth, curing ovens, and other related equipment.
- Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring an even and durable finish.
- Follow all safety procedures, including handling chemicals and PPE requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment.
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $32.00 per hour

Work Authorisation:
