Our client, a leading HealthTech organisation, is looking for a Program Manager to help shape the future of healthcare technology. You will ideally have strong working experience in the healthcare industry in product-led organisations.
**Key Deliverables**:
- Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy IT programs and products tailored to the healthcare sector's unique challenges.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, software engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to create solutions that meet both clinical and technical requirements.
- Use your experience in product-led organizations to define and execute product strategies, ensuring a customer-centric approach at every stage of development.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and roadmap planning to launch and post-launch performance evaluation.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and technological advancements to identify opportunities for product enhancements and innovation.
**Key Skills required.**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT program and product management within the healthcare sector.
