We work with some of the biggest names in corporate and government sectors, and we need dedicated team members to help us deliver quality top-notch service.Position: Truck Driver / Furniture Delivery & Installation (MR or HR License Required)Location: Rocklea, BrisbaneHours: Fixed 38-hour roster Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (3:30 Finish Wednesdays)IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE
What You'll Be Doing:Delivering, assembling, and installing office furniture, including workstation fit-outs.Safely receiving, checking, loading, unloading, and delivering goods.Operating company vehicles responsibly.Interacting with staff, customers, and suppliers in a friendly, professional manner that reflects our commitment to quality service.Warehouse work including stock check off and put away and general warehouse housekeeping tasks.Beneficial Skills and Attributes:MR (Medium Rigid) or HR Driver's License: Essential for this role.Must hold a current Australian driver's licenseOH&S White Card is favorable but not essentialForklift ticket is favorable but not requiredWhat We're Looking For:Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
(manual handling is a key part of the role).
Hands-On Skills: Experience with power tools and ability to learn furniture assembly of flat pack and component-based furniture.Geographical knowledge: Able to follow instructions, understand maps and self-navigate the Brisbane and surrounding areas in a timely mannerGeneral vehicle maintenance: taking pride in the vehicle, including start-up proceduresAttention to Detail: We take pride in our work, and so should you.
you will need to have the ability to interpret drawings and plans with guidance from managerDispatch and consigning of orders: deliver products in a 'ready to use' condition and adhere to any special deliveryCustomer Service Skills: You'll be the face of our company when working with customers, so a friendly attitude is key
