As the FP&A Manager (Reporting) you will be responsible for working with global teams across jurisdictions to ensure consolidated reporting and insights are delivered to key stakeholders including executives, operations, and the group Board. Strategic project analysis and continuous improvement will also be a core part of this role.

What you'll do:

- Collaborate with fellow FP&A Leads and Finance Business partners to highlight and provide recommendations with respect to future performance risks and opportunities or tracking of insights
- Develop expert credibility within the Finance Business Partner community and wider business through effective cause and effect analysis and insight to drive performance; joining findings to formulate one picture of the truth
- Manage execution of key monthly reporting requirements for group consolidation and deep dive analysis on historical trends and insights aligned to the risks and opportunities within the strategic plan
- Continuous improvement focus in Monthly Performance Report (MPR) both in the report but also in the back end data to ensure produced in most effective manner
- Develop and support group capital prioritisation through key committees including capital review and investment committee's
- Partner with Business Development and corporate development to ensure smooth transition and integration of projects into the business
- Support finance business partners and fellow FP&A team members to drive short, medium and long-term forecasting although primary responsibility for forecast accuracy will ultimately reside with the FP&A geographic or functional heads
- Support the Finance Business Partners in the development and delivery of their annual budgets through the timely provision of analysis and decision support processes, tools and techniques
- Partner with the finance leadership team to prepare insights and recommendations for Executive and Board approval
- Consistently review and focus on continuous improvement initiatives to ensure streamlined and effective ways of working within the FP&A and broader finance function
- Support development and constant optimisation of enterprise accounting systems including SAP and Adaptive Insights including master data changes and process improvements to enable better reporting

Who you are:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance Accounting or a related field or experience considered equivalent
- Preference for CA or CPA qualifications Adaptability to and management of change in high growth corporate environments
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels both verbal and written
- Strong business acumen and project management skills
- Strong technical skills and experience in Finance and Accounting
- Ability to organise and control disparate Finance and Accounting systems
- Strong writing and business case development skills
- Global outlook and orientation
