Join our digital transformation journey as an Iteration Manager/Agile Coach - Lead the charge in improving member journeys across our digital platforms.

You'll be an active Agile champion and contribute to expanding the understanding and practice of Agile values and principles.

This is a truly exciting time to join our team as we embrace data and digital growth to benefit our members.

This is a 12 month max term secondment role to start in January.

What will you be doing?
- Providing servant leadership to Agile teams to help them deliver outcomes that have an impact and delight our members
- Organising and facilitating Agile events including inception, team planning, reviews and retrospectives
- Actively promote the Agile mindset across teams and the wider organisation
- Ensure transparency, inspection and adaption principles apply
- Partner with sponsors, stakeholders and members to increase organisational agility and ensure the delivery of value that solves members' problems
- Providing coaching and assistance support to Product Owners to help them understand their role and what the team needs from them

About you?
- Experience as an Agile / Lean practitioner with a well-developed background in an IT related field e.g. software engineer, BA, Product Owner
- Experience with Agile practices, such as Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Pairing and Automated Testing
- Strength in coaching, facilitation, teaching, and mentoring
- Experience supporting teams in a hybrid/remote environment valued
- Demonstrated ability to grow self-organising, high performing, cross functional teams
- Agile certifications are desirable however Agile experience is better
