**About Mias Bakery & Bovell's Bakery**:
Mias Bakery & Bovell's Bakery are the largest independent Bakeries in Western Australia, they are a WA owned and operated family baking business supplying a range of bread products to a large number of customers 7 days a week.

They operate 2 fully automated plant bakeries at their Mias site in Canning Vale and the Bovells site in Maddington as well as thier Tru Blue Garlic Bread and Butter line also based at Maddington and pride themselves on manufacturing high quality flour-based products.

The team at Family Foods are currently looking for Machine Operators and Process Workers to join their team.

**About the Role**:
Responsibilities include:

- Safely operating of bread manufacturing equipment
- Ensuring all HACCP measures are being maintained during shift
- Adjustments in product specification and machine operations to develop a consistent product
- Adhering to food safety procedures and company policies
- Ensuring machines run in an efficient and uninterrupted manner
- Maintaining production waste within acceptable amounts
- Meeting deadlines in a busy work environment
- Keeping timely and accurate records of work activity

**About You**:
To be successful in this role you will need:

- To be reliable and work collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in a fast-paced environment within the FMCG industry - _(Preferred but not essential as training will be provided)_.
- Ability to react to changes as per production demands
- Strong knowledge of workplace and food safety (HACCP) - _(preferred)_
- Driver Licence - _(preferred)_
