**The Role**

Genus Communications are seeking qualified
**Communication Field Technician's** with telecommunication skills across survey, pit & pipe, hauling & splicing.

Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, the
- Asset Survey - Training will be provided.
- Pit remediation
- Rod & Rope (proving)
- Cable Hauling
- Civils
- Install, splice, maintain and termination Fibre Optic cable and devices.

**Essential Requirements/Skills/Qualifications**
- Qualifications in Communications ideally Certificate III.
- At least 2 Years' experience in telecommunications.
- Relevant accreditations as per the Skill set
- OH&S Construction Industry White Card
- Demonstrated good safety record and knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety.
- Valid Driver's Licence - "C" Class.
- Team Orientated
- Permanent work rights in Australia

**Desirable Skills and Qualifications**
- Previous experience in Traffic Control/Management.
- Holds Optical Fibre Accreditation
- Holds ACMA registration
- Holds Telecommunications accreditations
