Pepper Lunch is the orginal Japanese DIY Teppan restaurant, with over 350 stores all over the world. We are looking for passionate team members to join our close knit team at our newest venue in town - Highpoint Shopping Center

Reporting to the restaurant manager, you will be part of a team that strives to provide our customers with high quality dining experience on a daily basis.

Superstars we are looking for:

- _**Availability for weekdays and weekend between 10am-9pm - At least 3 days/week.**_
- Friendly, enthusiastic and willing to learn
- Team player and strong work ethic
- Hard working and proactive, can do attitude
- Flexible availability including weekdays and weekends.
- Previous experience in hospitality is a MUST.
- **RSA requirements**.

FOH duties:

- Openings and closings
- Customers services
- Make drinks (including serving beers) and dessert.
- Assist customers will our self ordering kiosk, understand the menu and the Sizzling experience we are offering.
- General waitressing and cleaning duties.

BOH duties:

- Openings and closings
- Food prep to standard, follow recipes
- Adhere to food safety standard regarding ingredient prepping and labelings.
- Dishes

Hourly rates according to Restaurant Industry Award [MA000119].

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
