The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing trade data, optimising liquidity, and ensuring the integrity of our trading systems through a data-driven approach.They must possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in SQL and Python, and experience working with MT4/MT5 platforms for data extraction and analysis.Note: This is a full-time remote position that operates on a graveyard shift schedule to align with global trading hours.
Candidates must be comfortable working overnight hours.Key ResponsibilitiesTrade Data Analysis:Monitor and analyse trading data to detect patterns, inefficiencies, and potential abuses in the system.Liquidity Optimisation:Utilise data-driven models to assess market conditions and enhance liquidity management strategies.Data Extraction:Extract and analyse trade data while making necessary configurations when required.Data Processing & Visualisation:Develop scripts and dashboards using SQL and Python to extract, clean, and visualise data for decision-making.Risk & Performance Metrics:Generate reports on trade activity, liquidity trends, and execution performance to optimise operations.Process Automation:Implement automation solutions for data retrieval, trade monitoring, and reporting to improve efficiency.Collaboration with Teams:Work closely with trading, risk, and operations teams to provide insights and enhance data-driven decision-making.Key RequirementsStrong experience in within a CFD/OTC brokerage or financial trading environment.Proficiency inSQLandPythonfor data extraction, analysis, and automation.Experience working withMT4/MT5terminal and backend systems.Experience working with and handling large datasets.Strong analytical mindset with a data-first approach to problem-solving.Ability to develop reports and dashboards to present findings effectively.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.TrainingThe company recognises the importance of a strong foundation forsuccess in this role.
