About Our Lady of Lourdes Outside School Hours Care: Located within the grounds of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Primary School and part of the Sunnybank Parish Longstanding service with over 20 years of operation, working closely with the school community Licensed to care for up to 120 children across before school, after school, and vacation care programs Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children Design programs that are responsive to each child's interests, culture, strengths, and knowledge Promote a strong sense of belonging, identity, and wellbeing Actively foster cultural awareness and inclusion across the service community A Day in the Service: Provide warm, nurturing care to support each child's wellbeing and development Help create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where all children thrive Design and lead fun, educational, and recreational activities tailored to diverse interests Build and maintain positive, respectful relationships with your team and the families we support Collaborate closely with a supportive team to deliver high-quality care and experiences Enjoy the chance to join exciting excursions during vacation care Feel proud knowing you're making a meaningful difference in the lives of children every day What we are looking for: Cert III or Diploma qualified in Children's Services (ACECQA equivalent) would be desirable Previous experience in childcare or education A genuine passion for working with children Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of children Why Join Us?
