**The Opportunity**

The WiseTech Global group is becoming increasingly complex, and the expertise of our Finance team is accelerating to meet this demand. As our Commercial Finance team has become more centralised and workload increased, there is significant opportunity for process and efficiency improvement in Accounts Receivables. Accurate and timely allocation of customer payments is critical to enabling the group collection processes to improve and maintain cashflow. With the ongoing expansion of our Sydney HQ Finance team, this role offers the opportunity to really carve out your niche in the business and progress alongside an ASX100 listed organisation.
**What you'll be doing**
- Daily review of bank statements for incoming payments
- Timely and accurate allocations of customer payments Customer accounts and payment reconciliations
- Contacting customers for remittance details if required
- Resolutions of enquires from customers or internal stakeholders
- Processing of direct debit files with banks for approval of management

**Who You Are**:
You are a highly organised person, with 2-3 years' proven experience in an accounts-based environment. With a passion for process improvement and excellent organisational skills, you are capable of managing high volumes of statements and invoices to ensure the integrity and accuracy of customer accounts. With impeccable attention to detail and great communication skills, you are also able to comfortably interact with international clients of all sizes and are proficient in Excel and other
