**About The Role**

Thrive Coniston currently have an exciting opportunity for educators with a completed a certificate III or diploma qualification to join the team in a **permanent full time** capacity.

**Your main responsibilities will be to**:

- To build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and fellow educators
- Have a sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework.
- Provide assistance to other Educators in the room
- Maintain a positive working relationship with team members
- Maintain effective communication with parents
- Actively contribute to the educational program, observations and documentation, using Kinderm8 and informal opportunities

- A Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Children's Services
