We are looking for a bright, energetic learner who has one eye always on the big picture, and the other on the detail of the day to day. You will be required to be independent and autonomous to work remotely and as such this job will bring with it an element of workplace flexibility.

- Be able to establish and build relationships with the school community and key school stakeholders
- Enjoy the process of problem solving with a 'can do' attitude
- Have a high level of store pride with attention to detail on store cleanliness and presentation
- Be available from 12th January each year and where required in each school holiday period to facilitate peak periods
- Previous experience with customer service is preferred
- Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19
- Currently holds or is willing to obtain a Working with Children's Check

The duties you will undertake include:

- Coach and develop a team of Retail Assistants
- Retail Store Management
- Customer Service and Dispute Resolution
- Inventory Management
- Sales Lead Generation and Follow Up
- Wholesale Account Management
