The Role
As Store Manager at Mathers Miranda, you'll lead from the front - driving sales, coaching your team and creating a standout store experience.
You'll be hands-on, people-focused, and commercially sharp.
What you'll do:
* Create memorable customer moments every day
* Lead, develop, and inspire your team to hit sales and service targets
* Maintain high standards across store presentation, VM, and stock flow
* Manage rosters and wage performance with precision
* Build a team culture grounded in trust, energy, and retail pride
