Do you have what it takes to become part of a support team with South Australia Health? OSOS Alliance are assisting in the recruitment process with securing top administrative talent to provide support across 3 major locations in Adelaide. Reporting to the direct manager you will be part of a collaborative and diverse team of health professionals. There are currently 3 locations available: Bedford Park, Elizabeth Vale and Karrayarta.
Our client is a multidisciplinary contractor providing infrastructure services across Australia and New Zealand. With a strong pipeline of projects, they are always looking at maintaining and growing current contractor levels to support the existing team.
**Responsibilities**
- Book meetings and schedule events
- Order office stationery and supplies
- Maintain internal databases
- Keep employee records (physical and digital)
- Maintain a filing system for data on customers and external partners
- Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Prepare regular reports and presentations
- Organize, store and print company documents as needed
- Answer and redirect phone calls
- Handle queries from managers and employees
- Update office policies and ensure compliance with them
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as an Administrator
- Ability to obtain a current police clearance and WWC check (mandatory)
- Knowledge of office policies and procedures
- Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
