Key Strategic Advisor Role

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to bridge strategy and execution, ensuring our solutions are inclusive, sustainable, and designed for long-term success.
We are seeking someone who excels in collaborative environments, values diverse perspectives, and thrives on solving complex challenges with purpose.
Primary Responsibilities:
Leading the development of Process and Technology architectures across the company's value streams.
Partnering with business and IT leaders to shape strategic initiatives and drive innovation.
Developing strong relationships across diverse teams and stakeholders to support governance, risk management, and architectural alignment.
Requirements:
Experience in enterprise or domain architecture within large organizations.
Strong understanding of mining value streams and transformation frameworks.
A passion for innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
TOGAF or similar certification (preferred but not essential).
Experience in mining, energy, or industrial sectors (a bonus).
Demonstrated success in developing future-state architectures and enabling realization through cross-functional teams.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
