Joinery Draftsmen/Coordinator

We're looking for someone who combines hands-on trade knowledge with an interest (or experience) in design, drafting, and project management. This role offers the best of both worlds — you'll stay connected to the craft, while building your skills in design and project delivery.

**What you'll be doing**
- **Design & Drafting** - Turn ideas into buildable shop drawings (Cabmaster) alongside our production team.
- **Project Coordination** - Manage ordering, scheduling, and supplier relationships to keep projects running smoothly.
- **Client Collaboration** - Work directly with clients to understand their vision and present design solutions.
- **Workshop Support** - Partner with our cabinet makers to ensure every drawing is practical and production-ready.
- **Quality & Documentation** - Keep projects on track with accurate, well-presented documentation and process improvements.

**Experience**:

- joinery or project management : 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Construction White Card (preferred)
- Working with Vulnerable People Registration (preferred)
