SABA promises to change the way we feel, improve the way we work and inspire the way we live.About the RoleReporting to the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager, this role is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience, meeting sales targets and maintaining the highest levels of store presentation.
About YouCustomer service experience (in a retail environment would be advantageous)A brand ambassador with a natural ability to build rapport and develop customer relationshipsAn obvious love for fashion, styling and trends within the industryThrive on team work and collaborationAre goal orientated and motivated to achieve store targets and KPIsAbility to prioritise tasks and expectationsImpeccable personal presentation Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periodsResponsibilities Deliver exceptional customer-focused service, ensuring seamless transactions.Consistently strive to meet store and individual productivity targetsBecome an expert in product knowledge, fabrication and personal styling to enhance the customer experience Stay informed about the latest products, enabling you to share valuable insights with customers.Contribute to the efficient operation of the store by effectively managing stock and implementing loss prevention measures.Maintain visual merchandising standards to uphold the brand's image.Embody our values of:We are a collective, We thrive on change, We are built to last, We play to win.Where do I sign?
