**IT School Support Analyst**

**Newcastle Anglican | Full-time | Lakes Grammar Central Coast NSW**

**The Opportunity**:
Newcastle Anglican is seeking an **IT School Support Analyst** to support ICT operations at **Lakes Grammar**. Working closely with the Operations Manager and IT School Support Engineer, you'll help manage digital systems with a focus on **Change Management**, **Cyber-Security**, and **Incident Response**. This role supports safe, secure, and effective ICT services in an educational setting, contributing to continuous improvement and service excellence.

**You will have**
- Certificate IV In Information Technology (or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience in IT
- Understanding of current technologies, preferably in the education sector
- Demonstrated acumen and passion for technology.
- Strong communication skills - verbal, written and oral
- Integrity and high work ethic
- Team focused and ability to work autonomously
- Energy, drive and a can-do attitude
- Effective time management skills and the ability to work under pressure

**QUALIFICATIONS/ESSENTIAL**:

- Current drivers' licence
- A current Working with Children check (with clearance to work with children)
- National Police Check (Newcastle Anglican will consider the relevance of any reported outcomes).
