Cuvai, our newly opened **Sri Lankan restaurant in the Hills Shire**, is looking for a **dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Hand** to join our team

**About the Role**:
As a Kitchen Hand, you will play a crucial role in supporting the kitchen team with food preparation, dishwashing, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a **fast-paced, authentic Sri Lankan kitchen** and be part of a growing family-owned business.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Assist chefs with food prep and basic cooking tasks
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and food storage areas
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Help with stock rotation and unpacking deliveries
Support the team with any additional kitchen duties

**What We're Looking For**:
? Prior experience as a kitchen hand or in a commercial kitchen (preferred but not essential)
? Ability to work in a **fast-paced environment**
? Strong teamwork and communication skills
? Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
? Willingness to learn and adapt
