**WHO ARE WE?**

The Cut Golf Course has been consistently ranked in Australia's top 20 public access courses. The Cut is in Dawesville on the Indian Ocean, a true 18-hole links layout boasting breathtaking views, a full-length driving range, pro shop and hospitality areas.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a qualified groundsman. We are looking for someone who has a strong desire to succeed and an enthusiasm to be able to strive for continuous improvement - a keen interest in golf would be beneficial. The main responsibility of this position will be to maintain the golf course and surroundings to the highest possible level. The successful applicant shall be self-motivated, punctual and have the ability to work in all conditions.

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Experience operating various types of turf maintenance machinery
- Driver's license (manual)
- Ability to work unsupervised, as well as part of a team
- A willingness to go the extra yard each day
- An eye for detail
- Enthusiasm for the manual tasks involved with developing and maintaining a golf course

**CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**:

- Standard work week is Monday to Friday, with regularly rostered weekend work
- Immediate start is available for the right person

This position will commence on 3-month probation (working full-time equivalent hours).

This is a great opportunity for a motivated and career-orientated individual to be part of a committed team. The successful applicant will report directly to the Course Superintendent. This position is full-time with a salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
