If you're passionate about producing high-quality video content and thrive in fast-moving environments, this is your chance to drive creative vision across both studio and event-based projects.What You'll DoLead the end-to-end production of video content-from concept and shoot to editing and deliveryTravel nationally to cover motorsport events, capturing dynamic footage and delivering timely contentCollaborate with the Melbourne-based team to plan, shoot, and post-produce content for digital, social, and PR purposesManage production workflows: storyboarding, scripting, filming, editing, and post-productionCoordinate and work alongside contractors and in-house staff to maintain creative cohesion and qualityMaintain client-facing communication to ensure content aligns with campaign goals and brand voiceWhat We're Looking ForSomeone with 5+ years of relevant experienceProven experience in video production - preferably within sports, motorsport, automotive, or related industriesStrong technical skills in camera operation, lighting, and audio captureAdvanced editing proficiency (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro)Strong collaboration and communication skills - comfortable engaging with clients and cross-functional teamsWillingness to work weekends and long days to cover eventsApply NowTo apply, please submit the following via the job boardYour CVA showreel or portfolio showcasing recent video production workA brief cover letter outlining your experience, creative vision, and why you're the best fit for this role
