Job Duties Lead and manage all commissioning activities for electrical, mechanical, and ELV (Extra Low Voltage) systems in the data centre.
Develop, review, and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.
Coordinate with design, construction, and operations teams to ensure systems are installed, tested, and commissioned according to project requirements and industry standards.
Oversee testing, start-up, and handover activities to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site commissioning teams.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical guidance, training, and support to project teams.
Prepare and maintain commissioning documentation, reports, and records.
Job Requirements 10+ years of experience in commissioning management, preferably in data centres, oil & gas, rail, or high-tech industries.
Proven experience managing multi-discipline systems including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and ELV systems.
Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure and commissioning standards (TIA-942, Uptime Institute Tier standards, ISO).
Hands-on experience with static and dynamic equipment testing and validation.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to review technical documentation, drawings, and specifications.
