**All about you**:

- 2+ years' experience as a head section waiter in a full service, fast-paced restaurant environment
- A passion for the industry and a positive attitude
- Ability to work a rotating 7- day roster including weekends & public holidays.
- A valid RSA and Approved Managers card (benefical)
