Senior AI Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Expert to join our team and contribute to both frontend and backend R&D for our platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-geographic teams to define, design, develop, and communicate prototypes.
Develop and troubleshoot prototypes with both frontend and backend components, ensuring adherence to team coding standards, architectural patterns, and security practices.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI agent development and agentic AI systems, with advanced proficiency in AI agent frameworks, deep understanding of multi-agent systems, and extensive experience with Large Language Models.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Software Engineering, or equivalent, 2+ years of hands-on experience with AI agent development, and 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
Technical Foundation:
Strong problem-solving abilities with complex AI system design.
Excellent communication skills and proven ability to lead technical teams.
Innovation mindset with demonstrated ability to pioneer novel AI solutions.
Preferred qualifications include a PhD in AI/ML, Computer Science, or related field, experience with reinforcement learning and multi-agent reinforcement learning, and expertise in AI safety, alignment, and responsible AI development.
