**About the role**

The key focus of the** Buys and Loans Operator** role is to provide an excellent customer experience when negotiating a deal on items our customers bring in, resulting in a win-win outcome. This will be offered on a **full-time **basis. A knack for negotiating would be highly advantageous. A typical day will include:

- Engaging with customers through demonstrating respect and empathy to build trust.
- Assessing items customers bring to sell or loan and negotiate a deal.
- Building on your product knowledge across a diverse range of products.
- Researching and keeping up to date with the latest market trends to assist with the negotiation process.
- Working towards achieving targets, both individually and as a store.
