**About the Role**

RACQ Ipswich is looking for a fun and energetic sales and service superstar to join our team. It is not necessary to have experience, however, sales experience in a previous role is desirable and importantly, a willingness to learn. We will provide a comprehensive and tailored training program to set you up for success.

As a Retail Consultant, you will create exceptional customer service experiences for our members as you deliver tailored solutions across a range of assistance, insurance and banking products and services.
- Rate of pay at commencement is $33.40 + Super + Penalty Rates
- Full Time 37.5hrs per week
- Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm and must be available for rotating Saturday AM's (One mid-weekday off following each Saturday worked)

Customer service and a desire to help is key. We are seeking applicants who love to help others, who will thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, can adapt to change, build meaningful relationships with colleagues, and have an excellent work ethic.

You will be eager to learn, happy to deal with members face-to-face and via phone, have a can-do attitude, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
