Our client is an independently owned Australian distillery that focuses on quality and innovation to craft award-winning premium spirits.

This is a rare opportunity for someone with exceptional knowledge of spirits and mixology to drive awareness and engagement of this iconic portfolio with their trade and retail partners. The role suits an experienced Brand Ambassador who is driven to progress their career to the next level.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Identify & develop opportunities to increase brand awareness and distribution across the entire portfolio.
- Lead the development & execution of the trade education & tasting programme, events & brand activations.
- Lead the development & execution of consumer events; such as masterclasses, tastings & experiences.
- Develop and deliver training resources to build internal and external stakeholder knowledge and capability
- Form & maintain mutually beneficial trade relationships with new and existing on-premise & off-premise accounts.

**Ideal Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years experience in the hospitality/drinks industry
- High-level knowledge & understanding of the drinks/cocktail industry is essential.
- Strong public speaking, presentation, project management, multi-tasking & prioritisation skills.
- Ability to successfully work autonomously, with a drive to succeed, strong communication skills & able to work outside of normal business hours as required.
- Capacity to build strong lasting industry relationships.

This role would suit an experienced cocktail/spirits specialist who has a network with key retailers and on-premise groups who can influence stakeholders across bars, clubs and retail outlets.
