**_ About the role and what you need to succeed_**:
- _
- Key skills and specialist technical areas:_
- _ Working knowledge of other relevant National and Queensland groundwater legislation and policies, standards and guidelines_
- _ Knowledge of numerical hydrogeological modelling is desirable, particularly using MODFLOW-USG code, but not mandatory_
- _ Overseeing junior staff preparing quality reports for internal and external clients on time and within set budgets_
- _ Developing, facilitating and enhancing relationships between our internal and external clients and SLR team members_
- _ Contributing to winning work by identifying and converting opportunities and drawing on your client relationships_
- _ Providing advice and assistance to internal and external clients, team members and Project Manager's on projects regarding best principles and practices_
**_To be successful in this role _**
- 7-10 year's + industry experience, including_
- _
- experience within a consultancy group_
- , and have:_
- _Appropriate Engineering or Science tertiary qualification and relevant groundwater industry experience_
- _ Excellent communication skills and technical report writing_
- _ Demonstrated experience working with and successfully mentoring junior staff_
- _ Demonstrated experience managing large multidisciplinary projects_
- _ Excellent interpersonal skills, self-motivated and ability to work effectively within a team_
- _ A strong track record in building, nurturing and maintaining ongoing client relationships_
- _ Australia Citizenship or rights to work in Australia_
- _ Excellent driving history and hold a current driver's license_
