In addition, we have a committed champion network of mentors and peer support groups.We are seeking an experiencedSAP SuccessFactors Consultantwith a minimum of 10 years of hands-on expertise inEmployee Central (EC),Time Off,API integrations, andSAP S/4HANA HR.
A solid understanding ofAustralian and US payroll processesis highly desirable.
This role involves end-to-end configuration, implementation, and support of SuccessFactors modules, with a strong focus on integration and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Configuration & ImplementationConfigure and customize SAP SuccessFactors EC, Time Off, and Payroll modules to meet business requirements.Implement and maintain integrations between EC, Time Off, and Payroll systems, including Point-to-Point replication setups.Ensure data integrity across modules using tools such as the Data Replication Monitor.Write and maintain functional documentation for configurations and enhancements.Integration & Technical SupportIntegrate SuccessFactors EC with other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.Provide ongoing technical support, issue resolution, and troubleshooting for EC and Time Off modules.Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless data flow and system performance.Continuous Improvement & InnovationIdentify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.Stay current with SuccessFactors release updates, new features, and industry best practices.Contribute to the design and rollout of new functionalities and enhancements.Required Skills & Qualifications:SAP SuccessFactors Expertise: Deep experience with Employee Central, Time Off, and API integrations.SAP S/4HANA HR: Familiarity with HR modules and environment readiness.Payroll Knowledge: Understanding of AU and US payroll processes is a strong advantage.API Integration: Proven experience in integrating SuccessFactors with other systems using APIs.Troubleshooting & Analysis: Strong analytical skills to resolve data discrepancies and technical issues.Stakeholder Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams.Project Management: Ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize effectively, and deliver within timelines.We welcome applications from all members of society irrespective of age, sex, disability, sexual orientation, race, religion, or belief.
