Young Male Arabic-speaking Disability Support Worker (aged in 20s - or under 35) opportunity is available to assist a Male client in-home support with the following duties:

- Personal care support - bathing / dressing
- Domestic support including meal preparation.
- Community activities and participation.
- Encouragement and assistance in completing structured gym program.
- Attending medical / health appointments as required. Drivers License / access to a car is **essential.**

Successful applicants are those who:

- Hold a valid Driver's License and have access to a car.
- Available for work.
- Can assist with domestic tasks including meal preparation.
- Can assist with personal care and daily living activities.
- Can assist with completing structured gym program.
- Demonstrate reliability and flexibility.

**Qualification required**:

- Certificate III Disability or higher (preferrable)
- Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Police Check
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Assist clients in the following areas: domestic activities, and activities that assist consumers in meeting their Individual Support Plan needs.
- Develop, maintain, and track each client's progress with progress notes, medication dispensing/administering, and other pertinent information by the end of each work shift.
- Document and record activities, client response to these activities, regulatory requirements, and service requirements by the end of each work shift.
- Communicate and establish appropriate relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Follow the Workplace Health and Safety, procedures and instructions of the organisation.
- Any other duties as directed by Managers and Team Leaders
