**Drive and Deliver**

Hanson are seeking a HR truck driver/relief batcher to join our Carisbrook Concrete Plant. We are looking for applicants who are IT savvy, passionate about safety, results focused, reliable and have a strong work ethic. This is role is full time hours, overtime and weekend work according to business needs.

**In your new role with us, you will**:

- Drive reliable and well-maintained equipment
- Slump and deliver concrete to our customer
- Operate and maintain a concrete agitator truck
- Manage and monitor orders to ensure delivery and products meet quality requirements
- Manage batching and loading of Hanson fleet for delivery to our valued customers

**This role is a great fit for you if you**:

- Have a HR or HC drivers' licence (Agitator truck driving experience preferred but not essential)
- Current White Card or ability to obtain if successful
- Have a professional work ethic with a customer service-oriented attitude
- A mechanical aptitude and ability to solve problems
- Have a high regard for safety policies and procedures
- Team player who can multi-task and make quick effective decisions under pressure
