The Litigation Specialist is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of workers' compensation litigated claims for injured workers within a self-insured framework.
This role involves coordinating with the Claims Management Team to ensure timely and effective management of litigated claims to facilitate a timely and positive resolution for all parties.
