Our Recycling Centre Attendants are key advocates for the Containers for Change Scheme, playing an essential role in ensuring repeat visits from our customers.
You will contribute by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness and safety at our centres, and ensuring that our machines and sorting equipment operate efficiently.
Our Recycling Centre Attendants also serve as ambassadors of the TOMRA brand in Australia.What you'll be doing :Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all visitorsMaintaining a safe, clean, and professional environment at the recycling centreCarrying out regular cleaning and maintenance of reverse vending machines and sorting equipmentEnsuring the efficiency of sorting equipment by managing collection binsMonitoring the centre for hazards and reporting concerns promptlyPerforming ad-hoc duties as required by managementQualificationsTo be a successful Recycling Centre Attendant, you will:Have a passion for recycling and environmental sustainabilityPossess a keen eye for detail and motivation to maintain a tidy work environmentBe a safety champion, committed to returning home safelyHave experience in face-to-face customer serviceBe physically fit, as manual lifting may be requiredAdditional InformationIf this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you
